Earning her real estate license in March of 2014, Allison Lutgen earned her brokers license in May of 2014. She earned the Langen Realty “Top Agent Award” in 2016, 2018 and 2019.
With a history of customer service oriented positions, Allison is known for her friendly and outgoing personality. “I love people. It’s very rewarding to help people find exactly what they’re looking for. It makes them happy!,” said Allison. “I enjoy helping them selling their homes to help them move on to their next nest.”
Allison takes her business involvement with clients very seriously. She is invested in their wants and needs. She offers tenacity—whatever the situation presents, she works to meet her clients’ objectives from start to finish.
Allison attends St. Edwards Catholic Church in Lowell. She’s involved with Daughters of Isabella, Tri Kappa Lowell and Elder Care.
Allison and her husband, along with their three children, reside in Lowell. Originally from Lansing, Illinois, Allison has called Lowell home for nearly 20 years.
